Founded in 2005, the GROUPE DESEGUR offers organizations a comprehensive range of services in technical assistance, training, compliance assessment, and third-party certification. Through QUALIANOR CERTIFICATION and INGERIS CONSULTING, the DESEGUR group is committed to supporting organizations in structuring their management systems and enhancing their commitments to quality, safety, environmental protection, and radiation safety. This effort aims to strengthen their credibility in regulated and sensitive markets, both in France and internationally. The nuclear industry, in particular, is a strategic sector for the company, where it has developed recognized expertise. We spoke with Alexandre Filali, CEO of the DESEGUR group.
What are the activities of the DESEGUR Group in the nuclear industry?
In the nuclear sector, the DESEGUR Group is committed to excellence and close collaboration through its entities, INGERIS CONSULTING and QUALIANOR CERTIFICATION. INGERIS CONSULTING offers technical assistance, specialized training, and operational support services, with a strong presence across the entire territory. Its PANDORE software supports industries in managing dosimetry and radiation protection operations, continuously evolving to meet the needs of the field.
QUALIANOR CERTIFICATION, accredited by COFRAC (No. 4-0591 & 5-0589), is recognized for its expertise in the ISO 19443 standard. We certify key players such as NUVIA, KAEFER WANNER, TRACTEBEL ENGINEERING or Groupe M. Our multi-standard audits are conducted by qualified teams and supported by robust processes, ensuring consistent certification tailored to the unique needs of each organization, with a dedicated point of contact.
We are also anticipating upcoming regulatory changes, particularly through the revision of the QUALIANOR Radioprotection framework. This evolution aims to facilitate integration into existing management systems (HLS structuring) and to proactively address the challenges associated with the forthcoming revision of ISO 9001.
What is the latest news from the DESEGUR Group?
We are strengthening our momentum for 2024 by structuring our initiatives for 2025 around high-impact projects. QUALIANOR Certification is actively participating in the BNEN's efforts to revise ISO 19443 and is contributing to the discussions of the Quality & Safety Commission of GIFEN. Additionally, we are proactively preparing for the revision of ISO 9001 by adapting our audit approaches to address the new challenges related to sustainability, governance, and overall performance.
INGERIS CONSULTING is strengthening its on-site presence by deploying its radiation protection teams closer to industrial challenges. PANDORE continues to evolve to meet operational needs and increasing regulatory requirements.
We are actively preparing for our participation in key events such as the WNE, and we are engaging our network through technical webinars designed to help stakeholders understand regulatory requirements. Our goal is to be a valuable, credible, and visible player in the transformation of the industry.
What are the medium- and long-term development prospects for the DESEGUR Group?
We are committed to a development strategy that aligns with the changes in the nuclear sector and the challenges of energy sovereignty. Our approach is based on a clear framework of three pillars: innovation, on-the-ground engagement, and continuous skill enhancement. In the medium term, we are supporting projects aimed at revitalizing and expanding nuclear capabilities, both in France and internationally.
QUALIANOR Certification accelerates the adoption of the ISO 19443 standard and positions itself as a key partner in structuring the subcontracting chain. We are strengthening our partnership with GIFEN and enhancing our communication through participation in events such as the WNE, awareness-raising initiatives, and technical webinars to equip stakeholders effectively.
INGERIS CONSULTING continues to expand its network of experts, while PANDORE is incorporating new features to automate processes and enhance data reliability.
