The Site constitutes an original work and the GIFEN is the owner of the copyright on it, with regard to articles L111-1 and following of the Intellectual Property Code.

It is reminded that all images, texts or graphic elements contained in this Site may constitute intellectual works, thus benefiting from copyright protection, according to the provisions of this same Code.

The databases appearing, where applicable, on the Site are protected by the provisions of the law of 1 July 1998 transposing into the Intellectual Property Code the European Directive of 11 March 1996 on the legal protection of databases. As such, GIFEN expressly prohibits any reuse, reproduction or extraction of elements from these databases. Unauthorised reuse, reproduction or extraction will engage the responsibility of the user.

Any representation or reproduction, total or partial, permanent or temporary, on a computer and/or paper medium, and by any process whatsoever (in particular by means of framing), of any of the elements of the Site, without the prior and express agreement of the GIFEN, is prohibited and constitutes an act of counterfeiting, which may result in civil and/or criminal convictions, according to articles L331-1 et seq. and L335-2 et seq. of the Intellectual Property Code, subject to the exceptions mentioned in article L122-5 of this same Code.

In the event that the user wishes to use any of the contents of the Site (text, image...), he must obtain prior express written authorization from GIFEN, by sending an email to the following email address: contact@gifen.fr .

Trademark law

Any trademarks of GIFEN, its subsidiary GIFEN Services, members and partners, as well as the logos appearing on the Site, give them exclusive rights to use them. Any total or partial reproduction, even imitation, of these brands or logos, made from elements of the Site, without the express authorization of GIFEN, is therefore prohibited, within the meaning of articles L713-2 and L713-3 of the Code of intellectual property.

Hypertext links

The establishment of hypertext links to the Site or one of its elements requires prior written authorisation from GIFEN.

PRIVACY PROTECTION

The user may be asked to provide certain personal data (surname, first name, email address, telephone numbers, postal address, date of birth). The entry of this data is necessary for the processing of the user's request by GIFEN and its subsidiary GIFEN Services. As the purposes of the collection are different depending on the services offered by GIFEN and its subsidiary GIFEN Services, they will be specified on the collection medium.

The user is informed that the personal data collected on the Site are collected in accordance with (a) regulation n°2016/679, known as the General Regulations for Data Protection (RGPD) and law n°78-17 of 6 January 1978 as amended relating to data processing, files and freedoms and (b) the Legal Notice and the Privacy Policy presented on the Site.

As the data controller, GIFEN undertakes to protect and secure personal data and not to keep them longer than necessary and to use them only in accordance with the authorisations given. In this respect, the data collected will not be transferred, exchanged or rented.

It is furthermore reminded that the user may at any time exercise his right to access, rectify, delete or oppose the information he provides at the time of his membership/registration or subsequently, by writing to the GIFEN at the above-mentioned address or by email at contact@gifen.fr. This address may be used for any question relating to the user's personal data collected in the context of the use of the Site.

Except for cases in which processing is exempt from declaration, the processing of user information is subject to declaration to the CNIL.

The user is required to comply with the provisions of the aforementioned laws, the violation of which is punishable by criminal penalties. He must in particular abstain, with regard to the nominative information to which he has access, from any collection, any, misappropriated use, and generally speaking, from any act likely to infringe on the private life or reputation of persons.

COOKIES

During his visits, the user is informed that a cookie may be automatically installed on your browser software. This is a block of data that is not used for identification purposes but is used to record information relating to the user's navigation on the site. It allows analyses of frequentation, audience measurements... in order to improve the quality of the site.

The configuration of the user's navigation software allows you to be informed of the presence of the connection cookie and, if necessary, to refuse it by means of a window that opens automatically when the user connects.

APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
