For us, the performance of mechatronic products requires a system vision on several levels: firstly, a precise (re-)formulation of the need, by challenging it and reappropriating the economic and industrial constraints, as well as performance in use, such as reliability, maintainability and safety. This performance is further enhanced by a constant concern not to remain virtual at the design stage, but to look ahead to the realization (Design to manufacture or build), operation and use of the products we design over time (Design to Use or to Maintain), with a view to technical and economic optimization.
OUR AMBITION
To disseminate and promote know-how in the most demanding sectors in terms of performance
Mechatronics design
We are experts in the design of products and installations, but above all we are systems engineers, architects of performance. Behind a rigorous methodological foundation and including cross-functional performances such as Dependability and Nuclear Safety, we implement efficient processes that take into account the entire product life cycle and industrial constraints from a technical-economic point of view.
Performance calculations
In order to streamline product design and development, advances in the field of simulation have made it possible to rationalize performance allocations in the early stages of design, and to justify the performance achieved before the product goes into production. Building a digital twin in parallel with this development process helps to support decision-making and focus investment efforts on the most important issues.
Nuclearization
All industrial sectors develop high-performance products adapted to their operating constraints and environment. The nuclear sector is no exception to this rule, but by accurately identifying and mapping product design and operating conditions, it is possible to introduce the specific constraints of the nuclear industry to make products that are adapted and profitable: this is the nuclearization process proposed by Nucléanics.
