FONDS FRANCE NUCLEAIRE

The Fonds France Nucléaire is the fund of the nuclear industry which invests in SMEs and mid-caps with significant know-how for this industry (no minimum % of nuclear sales) to assist them in their organic and/or external growth strategy.

Endowed with €200m subscribed equally by EDF and the French State, the fund can mobilize tickets up to €20m, in majority or minority positions, in the context of growth capital, buy-outs or reorganization of ownership structures.

The fund benefits from a good proximity with the nuclear players (key contractors, professional organizations, main SMEs / mid-caps of this industry, and the French State) which allows it to generate qualified contacts, identify business perspectives, and target potential acquisitions for its portfolio companies.

Since the beginning of the fund in the end of 2021, it is managed by Siparex, an independent private equity group managing €3.5bn with a portfolio of more than 330 participations.
