Women in Nuclear France is an association that brings professionals from various industries, including teachers, researchers, doctors, and students. WiN France is part of the French Nuclear Society and WiN Global network, which has 35,000 members in more than 145 countries, regions, and international organizations.
The goals of WiN France are:
- developing gender diversity, a source of performance and innovation, by making women want to join this exciting scientific and technical field,
- to make the general public aware of the interest of all applications of nuclear energy, particularly as a low-carbon energy source,
- promote sharing between women’s networks through concrete actions such as mentoring.
