SBS Forge trace it's origins back to 1889 in the Forez, when engineers Moizieux and Gauchon created and developed the  local metallurgical industry to become the European leader in the supply of  flanges for the oil industry under the famous brand MGI.

Today equipped with a Forge,  modern machine shops, a laboratory and NDT services, SBS Forge is a fully integrated supplier of forgings up to 5 tons located  in Boën-sur-Lignon in Loire department of  France.

Our products are intended for the most challenging markets such as Nuclear, Defense, Fluid transport, Mobility or Big Science.

We work every day to modernize our forge business and combine our decades of metal hot forming experience with more modern considerations such CSR, customer experience and operational excellence.

With great pride, we are developing a historic company in its rural territory in France and working to attract new employees in metallurgy around the exciting profession of the open-die Forging.
