Nuclear Valley, the Competitiveness Cluster for the Civil and Defense Nuclear Industry in the Regions

As the only competitiveness cluster in France dedicated to civil nuclear energy and defense, Nuclear Valley unites key players in these strategic sectors across the regions. Based in Bourgogne-Franche-Comté and Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes, it fosters the emergence of innovative and competitive solutions by connecting stakeholders within the nuclear ecosystem.

For 20 years, the cluster has been driving a dynamic community of over 430 members, bringing together a diverse range of industry players: SMEs, mid-sized companies, major industrial groups, research laboratories, and training organizations. By promoting synergies among these actors, Nuclear Valley stimulates innovation and supports the upskilling of the industry.

Nuclear Valley provides strategic support to its members to drive growth and innovation, addressing key challenges such as R&D, innovation, business expansion, fundraising, employment, training, and economic development—both in France and internationally.
