LUZIESA is active designing and producing artificial flaws in reference blocks for calibration and in mock-ups for the qualification of NDT techniques: Defects manufactured by electro erosion, Working on model at scale 1, All welding techniques according to RCCM and ASME norms.
EXCELDEF offers customers a wilde range of custom-produced probes and related mechanical systems to facilitate inspections in challenging enviroments. We propose a large range specific items as Eddy Current Probes, Eddy Current Probes with camera, Remote field probes, Near Field Probes or Phase Array Probes. All parts used in our products are designed by our engineering department and every component is produced in our workshops with traceability and hight quality at every stage of the product development cycle.
