3. On-Site Chemical Production Laboratory (Testing Hall and Custom Manufacturing):
   • Manufacturing and formulation based on specifications (tanks from 1 to 10 m³, filter press, drum filter, etc.).
   • Testing hall equipped with three pilot units for organic matter treatment in subcritical water conditions.

   • Decision support, Life Cycle/Cost Analysis, Eco-design, and water treatment (analysis, studies, and construction of treatment units).
