The company ALD France ( www.ald-france.eu ) and the new company NewMOX ( www.newmox.eu ) are subsidiaries of ALD Vacuum Technologies GmbH ( www.ald-vt.com ) which is the engineering company of the AMG Critical Materials group ( www.amg-nv.com ). It specializes in the manufacture of vacuum heat treatment furnaces as well as vacuum melting equipment.

ALD France offers innovative solutions for all types of treatment furnaces, for all industries and the nuclear sector, including the sintering furnace that allows the production of MOX fuel.

NewMOX aims to form partnerships for the construction and operation of a commercial plutonium recycling facility producing MOX fuel, starting with conceptual engineering and feasibility studies. This is a medium/long-term objective that is at the heart of AMG/ALD's "dual materiality", a standard that combines financial and environmental benefits.
